Someone notified me of a new fan made movie about Gollum. The storyline is situated between the Hobbit, which is Tolkien's first publication of his Middle Earth realm and really intended as a children's book, and the Lord of the Rings. In short: both a sequel and a prequel.
I didn't expect much of it since the budget of this motion picture only amounts to a mere $3000. But I watched the trailer at its homepage anyway and lo and behold: I came to the conclusion that it's a very promising film.
It only lasts about 40 minutes, but I'm sure it'll be a blast.
Edit: I just noticed it was released yesterday. Looks like I'll be checking it out really soon :)
